1. Select "Data" from the left navigation column.
2. Click "Create Database". A new folder should appear.
3. You can rename your new database, for example "Support Emails".

For your initial test, we recommend using PDF or .doc files that are under 5 megabytes in size for faster processing.

Follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Drop file(s) here or click to browse" area.
2. Select the files you want to query.
3. After uploading, the file names of the selected files should appear under the drop area.
4. After a few minutes, you should see keywords for each of your files. If there is an error, try converting the file to PDF and re-uploading it. If you see keywords for each of your files, your data has been successfully embedded into your personal database.

1. Select "Playgrounds" in the left navigation column.
2. Click on "New Playground" to create a new Playground folder. You can rename it if you'd like, for example, "Analyzing Support Emails."
3. Let's stick with the default settings for now.
4. Type your first question in the question edit box at the bottom and click "Send".
5. Your files will be embedded into the database. Then, relevant chunks of your data regarding your question will be retrieved from the database. This is sent to the LLM you selected along with your question. Depending on the number of files, this process may take a few seconds to a few minutes.
6. Did you receive your first answer? Now, try experimenting. Choose a different LLM, adjust the temperature, etc.
